Can no longer edit promoted listings

The option to edit an existing promoted listing has disappeared. 

The only options i see available are

Generate listing report

Pause

End

There used to be an option to edit so i could add new items that were currently not promoted.

Well after clicking around, they must have changed things. Now you have to click your campaign name and it takes you to a new page.  And on the new page there is an option to edit the campaign.
