Hi again,
Just wanted to let you know that I have received my figurines earlier today.
However, out of 7 mermaids, 3 have arrived safely but 4 have arrived broken.
2 figurines, the coral are broken
1 figurine, the mermaid's middle finger is broken, can't find the finger anywhere.
1 figurine, mermaid's tail is broken & the gray little whale is came off / broken from the base
I have sent few pictures to ebay.
I completely understand that none of this is seller's fault, I definitely not trying to blame the seller here.
I believe that the seller had tried the best she can to properly packaged the items, but things do happened sometimes.
I just wondering if ebay will give me refund as part of ebay money back warranty & part of protection to the buyer when buyer received item that arrived broken.
I feel that I do want my refund since my items have arrived broken, but at the same time I prefer to keep them rather than sending them back since it's going to cost me even greater loss due to the cost of the shipping itself.
Do you know anything about how are we going to settle this problem?
