They duplicate your listing to all the different ebay sites. So instead of 1 listing you have many listings in different sites.

We don't use it as we feel it makes it challenging to manage inventory. It can get complicated in a case where we get a few sales at the same time from different ebay sites.

The cost is the extra listing fees.
