So standard you pay a percentage of the purchase price for good to really good placements depending on the percentage? You pay only if you sell.
And doesn’t advanced do the same thing with a different method of paying I/E a dollar amount instead of a percentage.
You pay a dollar amount per click? How much per click if you do a $1.00 campaign?
Also which method gets priority in the bid for placements?

difference is Standard you pay one time fee when the items sells, that fee is what ever percentage you elected. Advanced you elect an amount willing to pay per click, if you do a $1 campaign don't even bother, likely you won't be electing enough for them to even show the listing. Listing will get shown par to the amount elected til the daily budget runs out then the listing isn't shown for rest of the day.

Briefly looking at the items you have for sale, I do not see much benefit for you to use "promotions" at all. Yes, for regular PLS, you only pay if the item sells. You also pay if the buyer looked at a your promoted listing and buys within 30 days, or if they buy within that 30 days SOMETHING ELSE that is also in another PLS campaign.
The other is pay by click weather your item sells or not. If you are being charged $1 per click, even though you can set a daily budget, it won't be long to find out that it is best to end that $20 listing before you pay more to advertise it than you can ever expect to get.
Do a cold search (not signed in, preferably from a different device etc.) for one of your items. If eBay shows two, promotions will not help you. If the results are 5, 824 and you want to spend more to be number 1, 827 then you may want to try PLS.
You could try TWO items and see if it produces SALES. Always remember, that impressions and clicks are NOT sales.

You do have a lot listed. However, the more the better. You can do promoted listings or just list more items. I stopped promoting. I have about 200 left. I just keep listing stuff and will do auctions again in the future.
Here's a big thought....you have 70 watchers on that oil lamp...70 is a lot....ever thought of doing a 9 day auction on that? I looked at only a few listings of yours by the way. Buyers do look at those who have auctions as well as buy it now. The key is getting "watchers" who are watching your stuff and your store will show how many buyers are watching you. I bet your "watchers" will jump if you throw in an auction or two at .01. It can be rather fun sometimes to do it. Especially if you have had something for sale for 6 months.
