Can a buyer file two kinds of cases against seller at different times for the same item?

Hi. I just posted a question about a buyer filing an INR because of her item not arriving in the estimated time (  it was late because USPS needed to forward because of her).  I opened a case in response to hers showing tracking/forwarding from USPS.  Fortunately eBay quickly closed in my favor because they consider "forwarded " Delivered. My question now is, would eBay allow her to still file a SNAD case for the same item later saying she did eventually receive it, but wanted to return?

@classicfinds16 Yes because those are not related. A case for an item not received that closed because the item was eventually delivered would not interfere with a case for an item not as described. Those are not the same thing so the buyer can open them separately on eBay. Buyer can always open a second case using their payment method but would not be required to in this case.

Yes

and they could go beyond that to their payment method.

eBay may have closed the INR, but that may not be the result with a CCC. They would likely require actual proof of delivery via tracking.

Sellers can't  open cases.  They respond to not received cases opened against them  with tracking.

They can open a return case if it's not as described. You're protected from not received when it's delivered to the address provided.  You are not protected from return requests claiming not as described. You only have to provide a return label for the original address. They would have to return it to original address and use the return label you provided.

If any order arrives after the (estimated) delivery date eBay considers that as

(not as described and dose not match the listing).

Any buyer who chooses to do so can return the order as a SNAD on the Sellers dime.
