I sold some old concert tix stubs (less than 3 oz and fit in a #10 envelope) but was unable to select "eBay Standard Envelope" when purchasing a shipping label.

No as the item is not a postcard, stamp, coin, or trading card.

If the item is not listed in one of the limited categories Ebay Standard Shipping is approved for, it is not available when you buy shipping.
