I have 5 accessories for 1 particular TMNT action figure (not the figure itself).
Can I use the variation listing format to allow customers to pick which one(s) they want to buy?
Each piece might have different pricing, and I only have 1 of each.
If I can, would I use this category: Toys & Hobbies, Action Figures, TV, Movie & Video Games?
I've never done this type of listing so this would be my first attempt.
Thanks for any advice!

Assuming that category allows for variations I think it would be fine to put accessories for a specific action figure in one listing. In the last few years eBay has loosened up their definitions of variation listings as they now allow hundreds of different sports cards to be listed as variations in one listing.
I'm not sure if a variation listing vs listing separately makes an item easier or more difficult to find in search.

If they are different items, they need their own listing.
If they were the same item, but different colors, then you could use a variation listing.

May I ask how many you have of each accessory?

1 of each.

Thank you for your reply! I have seen other listings for just TMNT Accessories only but it's usually for multiple action figures. I thought I'd give it a try. I have saved several community/internet explanations on how to do variation listings with dis-similar items so I'll work on this.

This is a good way to get views and have the buyer leave without buying because if the price of the lowest priced item is well below the price of the item they are looking for you will have looked like an unethical seller.
We see this all the time where a seller includes a low priced accessory on a listing for a higher price project. Buyers get totally ticked off when you waste their time and buy from a less scummy seller.

Yes I have seen this mentioned in my research. I will keep that in mind when I price the items (If I decide to do it) . Thank you.

Experienced customers have been trained to never bother clicking on variation listings. As they have found it is always a waste of their time.
The item they want is always either out of stock or overpriced. EVERY SINGLE TIME.
Just make separate listings, your accessories will sell much faster.
