Can I start a ebay career?

I know this is asked a lot by many people buy my case is different and need some opinions about how it could go. I am in high school at the moment and getting ready to graduate in around a year. My plan is to get a good amount of products before I move out of my parents house. While I am getting my stock of ebay products ready I am going to be doing the stock market. I have around 9k in the market and its going well. While I am doing the stock market I saw something about dropshipping and I am getting a store up. Is there a way that I could make a living doing this?

I'm sure you could do this for a living if you put your mind to it.  Initially, eBay allows you to make up to $6,000.00 a month with 130 sales.  Once they see you're doing well they will up those limits gradually.  If you're going to do it for a living you're going to have to have a good supply of product.  Obtaining all that product could be a full time job in, and of itself, but as long as you're motivated, and organized I'm sure you would probably be able to make a go of it.  eBay rules seem fair, and what they take from each sale is as well pretty much.  They definite have lotsa suggestions to boost your sales, and lotsa material laying out the ground rules.  Make sure you read all their material, then see what you think.  Good Luck!

Whatever limits a new seller starts with is up to ebay. Don't assume if that's the limits you started with that everyone gets those. You were very lucky. Most new sellers get limits of like 10 items and $500 untikl they prove themselves.

The best investment you could ever make now is your education, not the stock market.

I was not aware of that. I have 2 other friend who sell on here, and their selling limits were the same as mine. I just assumed, but you know what they say about assuming. Lol. Thanks for the info.
