Otherwise, not supposed to.  The listing title if exact, will prevent the 2nd listing.

If you mean that you have more than one to sell, then yes. If there is only one then no as you would have a problem if it sells in both listings.

If it's a good selling item list it as Buy It Now with multiple quantity available if you have them. That way people can buy more than one. The search engine usually favors items that sell well so when you get some sales momentum going they should fly out the door.
