As per this policy we cannot sell software, but many people are selling software like antivirus software, Utilities software ?

I had a listing pulled for selling physical software here, even though I sell software on a regular basis (not download) so be very clear in your research that what you're selling is legit to sell here, and that it's approved.

I rarely sell software nowadays but still have a couple of sealed  DOS/Win3.1/Win95 games I need to find...

You were selling digital items and even though you're located in Pakistan, you state the item is coming from the UK. This is what it states in your listing:

If you want to activate your Microsoft Ultimate 2 m. membership via Web Browser:

· • While in a browser, select the Redeem code feature;

· • Click on Sign In option;

· • Log into your Microsoft account;

· • Click on Redeem option;

· • Enter the 25-character code and click Confirm;

· • Enjoy your purchase!

NOT allowed on Ebay. 

Continue to do so and you will become suspended permanently.  If Ebay pulled your listing, don't relist it.

So, it seems that software developers cannot sell their software on eBay anymore.. Even if I list item as a software on a physical media delivered by land post.. Before pandemic it was possible to sell as a download too. 

Now eBay makes no use for me.. Will have to create my own marketplace accepting BTC and other e-cash, as this whole story with eBay and Paypal teached me a lot. Although I can still sell on Amazon, I know that all these "middlemen" are greedy and unreliable partners. After a long (more than 20 yrs) cooperation, bye eBay! RIP

This is an old thread from 2023.  OP doesn't appear to be selling anymore, as they broke the rules, so I doubt they'll reply.
