The book is now YOURS. You can sell it for whatever you want.
That said, if you plan to do a lot of reselling of items you purchase on eBay … you may want to open another account for buying … and use this one just for selling. 🙂
You may ask any price that you care to ask for the book. It is yours to try to resell, at whatever price you want to try.
Whether anyone will pay the price you ask, whether the price is the same or higher or ;pwer than the original cover price, depends on many factors, of course -- condition, publication status (in or out of print), edition and printing, scarcity in the trade, and so on.
You can set a higher, lower, or the same price. Its up to you to decide how much you want to sell the item for on the market. The question will be....will a buyer pay for your price?
Not on eBay. You can sell at any price you choose. There were other sites where prices had to start at 50% on new but that was never a rule on eBay. Some items go up and others go down in price as used. Prices vary as the crow flies.
You can sell it for whatever price you want. You own it, eBay has no rules as to what price you attempt to sell your book for. There are countless used books that are worth multiples of the original list price.
