I have several vintage leather covered wine decanters from Italy and one of them does not have the seal broken and so it's still got the wine in the decanter. Can I sell it without breaking the seal/opening it and disposing of the wine? I couldn't find any info about selling/shipping liquor. Thanks for any advice.

No, not unless you are already approved by eBay to sell wine.

Unless your an approved disturbuter definitly NO wine and liquor both are a no no to the average seller and if you see decanters sold as mint with the liquor still in the decanter ebay has just not caught up that seller yet. Also think of the potential problems say an underage individual buys the item drinks the product gets in a car kills someone the Liabilty would never stop. Either pour the wine in your own container and sell the bottle or do not sell.
