Can I edit an active  "markdown sale" to increase the discount?

All of my items are now on sale through January 6 for 10% off.

I'd like to increase the sale discount to 20% off beginning after Christmas. Can I edit the sale to do so?  If so, how? If not, how else could that be achieved?

If I also send offers to watchers, say for an additional 10% off, will the 10% be off the current sales price?

Will the pump up discount rate sale be delayed while the offers are active?

No; you need to manually put back original price, then create new sale.

You can do it listing by listing, revise the listing and put in the lower price. The listing will then show the new per cent markdown ie if it was $10 marked down to 9 with a 10% markdown sale, and you edit the listing to a price of $8, the listing will still say "save up to 10%" at the top, but under the new price it will say 'save 20%.'
