Can I connect existing Ebay listings to WIX?

Is there an easy way to do this?   I've been cutting &  pasting listings manually.  I haven't set up a connection to Ebay yet, but my understanding is that it only works one way and this is listing an item on my website and then it will connect to Ebay.

Also, any advice on this connection to WIX?  Thanks so much!

This isn’t my area of expertise, but from what i’ve read, one cannot export content from WIX to other sites. In addition,  

Wix does not currently support integrations with major online marketplaces, like Amazon or eBay.
