Can I cancel this transaction?

A couple of weeks ago I had an issue with selling a PS4 on auction, I got a lot of responses that helped. One of those responses was to list my item as Buy it Now and so I listed it this morning. Less than 20 minutes later I had received a Best Offer for $1.15 above my original price. I didn't really think much about it and accepted the offer. Only to my horror, a few minutes later the account that had bought the item was no longer registered user. I don't want to have to pay the FV fees on this item since it didn't actually sell, but I need to sell this PS4 as soon as possible. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

whoops, almost forgot to add the link: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Sony-PlayStation-4-Launch-Edition-500GB-Jet-Black-Console-8-games-/30259019...

Why not sell it locally? Both my sons sold their electronic items within minutes!! Local, meet in a crowded place, take cash and go home..There is two aps I can think of, but I can't post it here. Both transactions were done at a McDonalds..I actually sold a Fender the same way..

You're going to be targeted by scammers galore..

I live out in the middle of nowhere, so locally isn't really an option...

The only way to have any chance of selling that item successfully on eBay  is to list in fixed price format, and use the Advanced (not quick) version of the listing form so you can check off "Immediate payment required."

Was the item paid for?  Just edited my post after reading your again.  Not sure what needs to happen and will wait to learn a little more from other posters.

Yes you can and yes you will get a fee refund. It's possible that eBay has already cancelled the transaction and refunded the fees, this is what frequently happens when a buyer becomes instantly Not A Registered User (NARU).

FYI - List at Fixed Price with Immediate Payment but DO NOT add Best Offer as this will negate the IPR

If they're using the quick listing form eBay probably added the BO option.

The OP just needs to decline any he gets.
