I usually just download a year’s worth of data sop I can sort and pick whatever data I want.

Click “Reports” at the top of the page. In the list that appears on the left select “Activity download”

I

Under transaction type select “all transactions”. Change the date from Jan 1 2018 to Dec 31 2018, click OK. I use CSV as the format. Then click “create report”.

Now - you will get a spread sheet with EVERY transaction listed by date. When you get the spreadsheet you can sort by “type” which will bunch all your shipping together. Then just do a sum total calculation.

To see your payments to a specific vendor such as eBay shipping, go to your basic Summary page and click on "Payments sent," then do a search on "eBay Inc Shipping" for 2018. Unfortunately, PayPal no longer provides a total for this information (as they did with "Transaction finder") so you'll have to either add them up or export the data, to Excel.
