CUIDADO CON ESTE TIPO

Tengan cuidado al momento de venderle algo a este tipo. Le envié un articulo sellado en buen estado y lo que el mando como reclamo fue otro articulo. Se le mostro pruebas a Ebay de que eso no puede haber pasado ya que para realizar un envio desde Peru te piden un comprobante de articulo en el cual se detalla el estado y costo del articulo. Ebay le dio el reembolso pero me he intentado comunicar con este tipo y no me da respuesta para que me haga la devolución de mi articulo. Por averiguaciones pude dar con la sorpresa que revende en un grupo de Facebook y tiene muchas de estas cajas, fue lo que se le explico a ebay que el pudo reemplazarla por una que el tenia. Pero Ebay se cerro de forma abrupta. Saludos

No se puede nombrar y avergonzar en estos foros. Ebay tiene una garantía de devolución de dinero para los clientes que no están satisfechos con sus compras. El cliente.  No hay nada que Ebay o cualquier persona aquí pueda hacer si esa persona elige revender el artículo en cualquier plataforma.

Lo ciento, pero En Ebay, el cliente siempre tiene la razón.

Si y es que no tengo ningún problema que haga alguna reventa con lo que el señor compre, a lo que voy es que este tipo tenia muchas cajas de mi mismo articulo y lo único que hizo fue reemplazarlo por una que estaba abierta cuando yo mande el articulo sellado. Lo único que recalco aquí es que tengan cuidado para que otros colegas no pasen lo mismo. Este tipo no quiere ni devolver el articulo, un supuesto articulo que no fue entregado así. No estoy avergonzando a nadie.
