CSS on Mobile Browser vs Mobile App question

Hi All!

I noticed that after the Active Content updates, my template looks good on mobile browser and it past the ebay Mobile-Friendly tests that were given.

However, on the Ebay Mobile app the Item Descriptions are not displaying the template styling (example attached). It looks like the css is getting removed. 

I haven't found any documentation regarding special tags/viewports etc to code for the native mobile apps and am at a lost on how to resolve these.

Can someone help or point me in the right direction?

Figured it out!  Was right about the head tag with the css not getting pulled into the mobile app.  I had to put the style tag inside the body table tag.
