CS hung up on me!

Listed 2 items last night for 10 days, 1 shows up in search 1 doesn't.  Both show in "active" and counting down.

 

CS said it "should" show up tonight and items over $500 take 24-36 hours,,,,,

 

I want a 10 day auction to be 10 days!

It most certainly does matter.  The CSR neither wrote the policy you want to "confront" them about nor do they have the power to change it.  It is rather like the old saying Shooting the Messenger.  If you are being rude and confrontational to the CSR, then that likely is why you keep getting hung up on.

 

You have no right to verbally abuse a CSR because they either don't agree with you or can't change the policy you want changed.

When a rep says X and I reply that is not ebays written published policy and cite the actual policy and they terminate the conversation thats not a response to rudeness, thats them not doing their jobs and knowing that the alleged recordings of conversations do not exist or will not be pulled to support a users claims.  

 This is not a one time thing I am referring to or even two or three.

That would depend on how you say it to them.  I've had plenty of conversations with CS over the years and differences of opinions regarding a given policy.  But I'm not rude or disrespectful to the CSR.  That simply serves no purpose whatsoever.
