CGC/PSA/WATA Authentication for Video Games?

Does eBay verify video games that are graded? I have some high value games that I would like to list.

I know eBay will verify authenticity of even 100$ sneakers, but I'm not seeing anything indicating that they would check a 1000$ video game that is graded. Or is there a way to force eBay to verify/be the middleman? I ask because eBay loves to screw us sellers on high value items just to please buyers.

They don't have a authenticity program for video games, no.  I would be wary of selling something that valuable unless you can take the hit if something goes wrong (we just sold a $1500 vinyl recently and have sold other expensive things, but we're a good sized business and can handle it, even if it would hurt).

Good to know, thanks. It would hurt me more knowing a POS got them for free thanks to eBays disgusting policies. These games Ive held on to for decades and just would like them to go to another collector who can properly display them.

safest bet for you for those games is use Golden. eBay bought them for a reason.

I’ve searched long and far for safe routes, and the only thing I can come up with id auction houses that receive the products from you and shipped to the customer by them. I’m in the same boat as you got about 70 graded Vintage Games i’ve had for almost 2 decades. Too many scammers on eBay been screwed on trading card boxes that were sealed and of course Ebay not taking my side as a seller. I’m to the point I would hunt them down if they screw me. Best bet, auction houses or go to vendor shows. I have yet to sell any of mine yet unfortunately. Can’t trust anybody especially with these high dollar items unless in person with cash.
