I sold a item on Dec 15th. The buyer paid for the item right after the auction had ended. Buyer then reads full item description on listing and decides they do not want the item. Buyer writes seller demanding a refund and calls the seller a "scammer". My listing states no returns and items are AS/IS. Seller ships item on Dec 18th and when the item has been shipped, buyer opens a "item not received" case the same day as when the item was shipped. EBay closes the case in favor of the buyer on Dec 19th. 4 days before item was shown as due Dec 23rd. Item arrives on Jan 5th. to buyer. Buyer has made no attempt to contact the seller or return the item. Seller has tried to contact someone at C.S. with no help there. What can I do????

There is no "no returns" on eBay
Buyer can claim INAD and get refunded , does not matter what you state in your sale.
Except return and if item is returned in good condition refund and relist and move on.

There really is no such thing as "no returns". If a customer is telling you they changed their mind and want to cancel the sale (it always in YOUR best interest to allow them to get out of sale). Buyer will find a way to get their "money back" (one way or another).
EBAY guarantee protects BUYERS by offering full refund (including postage BOTH ways) by claiming "not as described, defective, damaged, counterfeit". Buyer to NOT need to proof their claims. And in your case BUYER claimed "item not received"...and when EBAY steps and closes case (EBAY tells customer they are NOT required to return the item). BUYER can also "reverse charges" with the credit card after receiving item.
Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do...EBAY will not help you (case ruled against you). And because your customer is **bleep** off it is very unlikely that he return item.

Those who cant dance blame it on the music. Those who ship an item after a buyer notifies they want to cancel the sale blame Ebay.
