Sellers with zero experience who list an electronic item worth hundreds of dollars is a theft magnet.
Legitimate sellers aren't going to risk having that kind of money tied up on a seller who has no feedback showing he knows to pack and ship breakable items. Especially when most new sellers make newbie mistakes like putting a label on the shelf box and not putting it in a separate container.
If they're in a foreign country the US address probably belongs to a freight forwarder. That tv might not work in a foreign country. Their current could be different. They'll blow it up and you'll have to refund.
Many scammers will ask you to kindly text them and they'll want your PayPal address to send you a FAKE PayPal payment receipt. Then there'll be gift card scams wanting you to add a gift card because it's going to their son in Seminary School somewhere.
I would remove it for now because when you're new you won't get the payment for a month. Sell some things lying around the house you no longe need to build up your feedback before you list expensive items. The max I would risk on a new seller is $50. I think others feel the same. We know we would get a refund if something went wrong but it's a slow slow process.
