Buyers abusing returns - I don't know what to do.

I keep losing money on laptops. Buyers receive the item and they start changing parts or returning the same laptop model but defective (Some even change parts and put it back again).

I lost part of my selling privileges due to this issue and at this point I'm just desperate to find a solution to this. Every time a buyer open a request and I check that it was actually the case that the buyer opened the laptop or a part was changed, I lose every case and a lot of money as well.

I don't know what to do and this has been going on for months, please help!

You are right on this, and I'm with you totally on this comment. But why eBay would limit a seller whos been selling for 3 years without issues, get punished by this for 1-2 months of issues with shipping and also months of issues getting scammed.

In our eyes, eBay is an accomplice of those scammers, they don't take any action until is already to much going on.

Could be true regarding the negative feedback, but we wont get complacent let scammers do as they like. We will just fight them, doing that we are just not helping ourselves but helping the community as well as it makes it harder for them to get away with it every time they try to scam.

Hi, yes we did solve this issue, but it was a one time occurrence. But yes, we were selling also laptop replacement parts, around 3000 listings all gone due to our selling limits severely reduced. The only solution we have at the moment is to endure this until they decide to increase our limits.

Curious to call it a "one time occurrence" as that is not what our FB shows.

Your selling history is NOT without issue.  Clearly there have been issues all along about shipping on time.

In a previous post I suggested you go and look at your Seller Dashboard and tell us the various numbers you see there.  We can't help you solve an issue without knowing what the issue is.  And I doubt it is what you think it is, but the Seller Dashboard should tell us what is happening.

https://sellerstandards.ebay.com/dashboard?region=US

Or if that isn't it, it would be your Service Metrics Numbers

If Ebay has restricted you, they don't typically notify you that it is a date range [1-2 months] as you stated above.  In an earlier post I also asked if you'd share the email Ebay sent you, blacking out any personal info, as that will also help us zero in on the problem so we can give you advice that will matter instead of guesses and maybe this or maybe that.

It is up to you.  It depends on if you want advice to actually help or just guesses.  I'm not passing judgement on you.  Just need the actual facts to actually help.
