Buyers Not Paying

I have had several buyers recently who won one of my items but never paid.    Are any of you having the same problem?  I have blocked the buyers who did not pay, but I suspect some might have several accounts.

Maybe I missed something here.  What "glitch" is causing nonpayment?

Out of nowhere it seems 50% of my winning buffers just ghost me now. It’s crazy all you can do is wait z5 more days and relist eBay needs to crack down on this nonsense

Does "buffers" = buyers?

For me  it seems like the buyer is a zombie bidder, the zombie account registered on exactly the same the bid ends.

How do you define a "zombie" account?

So the same day they bid is the same day they retracted their bid?

I have just had a buyer that won my auction, then bought the same item cheaper.    She paid me then flagged it for local pickup, she is in Georgia and I am in Washington.   We go back and forth in emails until she flat out tells me she is not going to pay and this is what ebay CS told her to do.   So what happens?  Ebay says if I cannot deliver the give the money back to her in two weeks.   She of course told me such in an email.   Ebay should be backing buyers as well.    Anyone have a good option to Ebay?

     First eBay customer support is useless these days. If the buyer paid you simply cancel the order using "buyer requested" you don't have to wait 2 weeks. 

     If they have NOT paid you cancel the order for non-payment after 4 days and setup the following in your account settings.

Just commiserating because I’m so mad.  Selling a phone and soon will be on my 3rd auction because of flakes.  So frustrating to have my time wasted on an item that attracts so much interest!
