Assuming you mean that the buyer was the winning bidder, not sure why you believe the buyer was a scammer.
I see you have listed some pretty high dollar items which is somewhat of a surprise for an 0 FB seller who's only been on eBay a very short time.
You need to proceed very carefully because new sellers can be targeted by scammers. Have you read every bit of the information offered by eBay to help sellers? Now would be the time to do that. You also need to read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers.
ETA: Looked at a few of your jewelry items and would like to make some suggestions. Neither your Chanel earrings nor the pearls mention a size. You might want to keep that in mind when doing listings.

Buyers cannot cancel a sale. They can only request that a seller cancel the sale. Sellers are not required to cancel a sale, but often will do so if the buyer asks.

Your title makes no sense.
There is no other information.
Would you care to elaborate?

Perhaps reword your question so that it can be more easily understood. And as you are a new seller, as others have posted, you will be scammed when you list expensive items. Scammers feast upon new sellers like yourself and EBay does not care.

Since you're new seller, if I could be suggestive....loose the best offer option and just keep your items at a fixed, buy it now price and make sure you check the box that reads "immediate payment required." You'll see a lot less of these types who unfortunately use ebay as a playground, causing sellers to lose time and money. Scammers typically stay away from these type of listings. Also be wary of those who want you to "text" them. Those types are known scammers as well. Happy selling.

Yes this lady asked if I would accept $700 for earings that was posted at auction .I didn't know but I felt it was not fair to accept because I thought another people will be offended by the fact I took their chance. She won bet she paid and immediately asked to cancel.Money is not in my account so I am not going to return to her 500 something dollars bet was at $660 using my cash because I am afraid it is a scao

It is a scam

So lady saw my offer auction and she said before auction start she would offer $700 I said no.I felt I I obligated to continue until auction end to be honest and give chance to everyone. She won auction bet paid and asked to cancel immediately. That mean my money from her are not in my account they are on ebay account and now I suppose to return to her some $560 dollars so.That sounds like a scam to get my money to her from my personal account

The money will be refunded to the user from your funds on hold. Nothing out-of-pocket except the $.30 Transaction fee.

Just want to make sure the OP sees your post, since it may alleviate some of his/her concern about this transaction. Even the $ .30 transaction fee is being refunded for buyer-requested cancellations (maybe only if they cancel within the first hour, IIRC).

Ok so she paid 660 plus shipping and it is in account their account when tried to refund which was about 500 something it told me to use another form of payment. It is a scam what I got no money and now I have to return from my bank no way

You state that the buyer paid. The buyer doesn't have the money any more. You have the money somewhere in an account, possibly in your bank. I can't figure out enough about your issue to offer any further information than that. It is not a scam, just a situation where you do not appear to be able to figure out how eBay works.

If the buyer paid $667 and you cancelled the order, the refund amount will be $667, plus the $.30 Transaction Fee.
The processing funds will cover all but the Transaction Fee. NO... do not give anyone a refund from your private account... add a credit card to cover the $.30 charge.
