Buyer with many negative feedback given to sellers

Having problems with connection and my post went wrong. 

So, I sold item to buyer who has many negative feedbacks given to other sellers. Some of them responded this feedbacks that he is abusive and getting money and goods. How seller can be protected in this case? Of course i will send items with tracking number and with signature requirement. But I'm not sure this buyer won't find other reason for negative fedback. Even delivery delay for couple of days. Does ebay monitoring buyers who often post negative feedbacks to sellers?

Honestly?  No, I don't think they do.  I just blocked one of those.

If you get through this without the neg, block them.  That's one bidder you just don't need.

Call eBay Monday morning and try to have them cancel the transaction, then block the buyer, please accept as solution.

I couldn't block. He bought item and paid immediately. So I must send this items. I can't cancel order or ask him to cancel because he can leave me negative feedback right after cancelation. In this case he will have reason for giving negative to seller who decided not to sell

Yes, eBay boards are sluggish and glitchy today.   I've noticed that too.

And, yes... there are cranky buyers on eBay, just like retailers have to endure in the brick & mortar stores.   It's no fun, but it's a fact of being a merchant.  

What you do is give them the same high-quality beautiful service that you give all of your customers.   You provide them with a lovely piece of merchandise, packaged very, very well to protect it from any damage in transit, you ship promptly to get their purchase delivered into their hands asap.

In other words, you don't give them one single reason to be less that Tickled Pink with their transaction with you!   We've all had this same type of customer, and you can't pick and choose who you want to deal with here to the exclusion of others (other than with your few options to the settings), so just do a great job and expect a good outcome.

@postcardskz  Yes, The Community site is really glitchy right now ... has been for a few days.  Anyway, eBay does not do anything to my knowledge to Buyers who leave frequent negative FB ... maybe someone else will post differently.  One of the reasons eBay allows Neg FB by Buyers and not Sellers is so Buyers can use the system to leverage stuff from Sellers.  While there are some good uses of Neg FB when it is used in the wrong way then it is a poor system.  Others may post not to worry about it since anyone looking at that Buyer's FB will see they leave a lot of bad Feedback ... but that opinion means little when the Neg FB happens to you.

You always have the option to call eBay in the unlikely event the Buyer leaves (or threatens to leave) Neg FB unless you do something for them ... that is a Policy Violation and the FB should be removed.

Last year I've got negative fedback from some guy fron Puerto Rico. He changed his address two times. First he asked to send it to Florida, after changed mind and gave address in Texas. Finally asked to send it to Puerto Rico. I've canceled transaction. Reported to ebay and got negative feedback. Ebay team did nothing despite my calls and messages. This neg fb still affecting my score.

Check your Seller Dashboard.

If you cancelled with the "out of stock" choice, then you got a defect

which really is harming you.

If you get a Neg, come back here first.

eBay has a Defect removal policy.....

one reason that they could remove such a Neg is that the

buyer violates eBay's buying practices policy.
