Buyer wants to return. Would ebay remove negative feedback that may arise from this transaction?

Seller does not accept returns.
Buyer makes a return request on ebay because it was "Ordered by Mistake".
Ebay notice to seller states seller is not obligated to accept return.

---  Would EBay remove negative feedback in any of these situations?

A...  If seller declines return, that should be the end of it, since seller does not accept returns, but if buyer does not pursue matter, but leaves negative feedback, would ebay remove it?

B...  If seller declines return, buyer opens dispute, ebay rules in favor of seller, buyer leaves negative feedback, would ebay remove the negative?

C... What if ebay rules in favor of buyer, but buyer still leaves negative (ex.  "Ebay forced a refund"), would ebay remove it?

D...  If seller accepts return (that seller is not obligated to do) can seller deduct for original shipping (even though it was FREE to the buyer, seller still paid to ship it) as well as return shipping?  Can seller deduct for any ebay/paypal fees that were not reversed/credited back to seller?   If seller still leaves negative due to a "not getting a full refund", would ebay remove it?

E...  And what happens if buyer doesn't return original item?  Or it is now used/damaged, etc?  If seller refuses to refund, what happens then?  What does ebay do?  And what happens if buyer leaves a negative?

Aside from negative feedback, are there any other adverse effects a seller can get in any of these situations?  I read something about a defect, but is that just for the power-sellers or high volume sellers?

Thank you so much for the answers, as well as any advice anyone wants to give!  🙂

Ebay rarely removes feedback but you might be able to convince the buyer to remove it if you offer them partial discount or something.

Nothing like trying to have the OP get a policy violation on top of everything else .......

Absolutely.  I recently went through this with a seller I purchased from.  They really screw up the transaction and I was trying really hard to be understanding, but they kept putting one error on top of another and then as icing on the cake they started lieing to me.  They weren't too bright as I had their emails that clearly showed their lies.  So after I left their earned FB, the bribery emails started.  It is so rare for me to give bad FB to another seller.  They really have to work hard to get it and this seller did.

After I was firm enough with them that the bribery wasn't going to work, they finally stopped emailing me.  But by that time there must have been 15 or more emails from this seller.

So I thought this was all said and done.  Then a buyer purchased an inexpensive item of mine.  Of course that on its own is never a problem, but I had a funny feeling about this transaction.  About a week and a half later I had a negative FB on my account from this buyer stating something so generic it was hard to say what the problem was.  I wrote to the buyer and it ended up being nothing short of a merry go round with them.  And they too could not keep track of their own lies.

So I contacted Ebay.  After some time and research, the two accounts [buyer and seller] were connected.  The buyer purchased from me for the sole purpose to neg my account.  Ebay was satisfied that they had enough clear info to proceed, so the FB was removed and Ebay sanctioned both the buyer and seller.  I of course don't know what they did to them, but there was something done.
