Buyer wants to cancel after they paid. Item hasn't shipped yet

As the title says,,,,buyer paid immediately over the weekend.  Buyer then sends message "Can I cancel this order?" with no explanation.    Is this common, can I refund less my fees?  Haven't had this before.  

Any comment or direction is much appreciated!!

@jangandbuck  Cancel the order with "buyer requests" - the buyer will get their money back and you will get your fees back.

When a buyer requests a cancellation before you have shipped it is in YOUR best interests to comply.

When you do a refund your fees paid will be  used to fund part of the refund.

Just follow the directions you received chapeau-noir as as a seller it happens every now and then. It will not cost you any money just your time.
