Hi.. I sold a few weeks ago 3 sets of Lego to the same person... The package arrived fast, I saw on the tracking number that the package had 2-delivery attempts, so I wrote to the buyer to be alert of their order, he was out of town so the package was a whole week on a DHL office in USA waiting for an answer of the buyer... this monday the buyer picked up the package and also left me positive feedback, but yerterday he wrote me that one of the sets was opened and was incomplete... of course I didn´t send it that way, Im a really responsible and correct seller, all the legos were factory sealed and completed cause I weight them always to re-check.... right now he send me a message that he wants a full refund of the lego that he receive incompleted... I think that there are many reasons why this could happened, it might be in transit, customs, in the office of dhl, or also if the seller wants to take advantge of. What i have to do? this wasn´t my fault!!!

It is not your fault, but it is your responsibility. Your ONLY recourse is to offer a refund upon return of the damaged set. If you don't, eBay will force you to refund for all 3 sets, and will let the buyer keep them. In addition, they will give you a MAJOR defect against your account which could prevent you from selling anything at all.
Offer to send the buyer a return shipping label, or if this is another country, offer him the cost of the label to return that set to you. That is your least expensive solution.

Probably have to return refund and block. If its in 30 days ebay will force you to do the return. Best regards
