Buyer violating usage agreement

I've had perhaps five messages/questions about items  selling. Two of the five ask me to call them directly, and give a phone number, disguised, i.e. (two)+(four)+(seven)....

How do I report or forward these messages?

As your feedback rating increases you will see fewer and fewer of these.

Realistically, there isn't very much that eBay can really do.

Umtil a buyer pays with a PayPal account or a credit card, a "buyer" on eBay is really nothing more than an email address, and websites like Gmail hand out email addresses like candy on Halloween.

Re: Buyer violating usage agreement

Have you called these numbers back and then they scammed you out of money? If not, what is there to report? You are obviously smart enough not to fall for them so all you can do is ignore. Otherwise they are just annoying messages.

Once you get that feedback score up they will leave you alone. Right now you look like a new seller, which makes you a target. Concentrate on selling small items to get more sales and be sure to leave feedback for each of your buyers. That can sometimes prompt them to return the gesture. Best of luck to you....

Just ignore them and move on.  I guarantee if you ignore them they will go away.
