Buyer started a return because he just didn't like it

I send an item to a buyer and now he started a return it because just he didn't like  it. He said that the color does not work in his kitchen. But i send him the correct color he ordered from my store.  What should I do for this Issue ? Thank you in advance.

You accept returns, so accept the return.

If the buyer opened the right type of return, they would pay return shipping.

 

Since you're dropshipping, you have no idea what was shipped to the buyer.

It should have been posted in the Category Returns.

Mistakes like these cause returns.

Customers can return item for any reason.   Unfortunately, this is part of selling online (customer change their mind and ask for refund).

Ebay has a Money Back guarantee for buyers.  The buyer doesn't have to have a reason if they don't like it.  You are also drop shipping so you have no proof what color your vendor in California sent them because you don't have the items in your possession.  This is the unfortunate downside of drop shipping and a risky business plan.  You need to honor the return request and refund the buyers money to them.  If you choose to ignore and deny the return, ebay will step in and refund them with the funds you received from that sale.  It will also give you a defect on your selling account.  Accept the return an pay for the label.  Better luck with future sales.

If you offer eBay returns, you accept the return because that is what you agreed to do: 

 

"If the listing states that the seller offers returns, the buyer may return the item for any reason, including if they change their mind about the item"

If the return was automatically approved @madushkariyawasa_0, then you wait for the package to arrive and refund the buyer once it's returned.

 

If the return is waiting for your approval, then approve the return and wait for the package to arrive and refund the buyer once it's returned.

Walk without rhythm, it won't attract the worm.
