Buyer opened a transaction dispute. Reason :The buyer did not recognize the transaction.
I purchase all my shipping labels through ebay and transaction was handled by ebay. What are my chances here. The sneakers have been authenticated today 4/16 and are on route to buyer.

Just wondering .... have you contacted the buyer ??

Probably nothing you can do, Ebay does nothing to help sellers

Honestly? You probably are going to lose the dispute. The buyer's credit card company is the one making the decision, not eBay/PayPal.
It sucks, but all you can do is block the buyer and report them, and move on.

Noted that Buyer opened a transaction dispute. Reason :The buyer did not recognize the transaction.
I would send buyer a message to state that you note that a case is opened " Reason :The buyer did not recognize the transaction" advising him of his order date, product, amount , your seller ID, eBay's authentication date ,tracking reference number and expected date of delivery.
This should provide your buyer with information he requires to match to transaction that he does not recognise.
I would also upload all of the above information on the case that is opened.
I hope this helps.

To the best of my knowledge from reading other posts from both
Buyers and Sellers who have either bought or sold a watch or sneakers
that went through eBay's authenticated programs.
eBay blocks both the Buyer and Seller from communicating with each other
through eBay's message system. So I don't think the OP has the option to
send the buyer a message.

If these are sneakers and collectible it's possible the buyer contacting you had their account hacked. If as others say they can't contact you directly, why would eBay have a stupid rule like that in a person-to-person marketplace, you might be able to let eBay know that you think your buyer has been hacked.
I have had a couple of these over the year and always encouraged the account holder to contact eBay and make sure they change their password and add 2 factor authentication, and make sure the ship to address has not been changed. In my cases, the hacked account holder always contacted me before payment and we were able to stop it before something else went wrong.
This really might not be the account holders fault.

Wow I did not know that communication is blocked between buyer and seller.
Therefore eBay's is blocking a path to possible speedy resolution to what could simply be a genuine non recognition of charges.
So the only option available to the seller is upload on the case itself tracking reference number and in comments if allowed order date, product, amount , seller ID, eBay's authentication date and expected date of delivery.

Inability to contact buyers for authenticity guaranteed sneaker sales

The sneaker authentication program is only available in the U.S. Since the previous poster is registered in the U.K., it's not surprising s/he wouldn't be aware of the details.
"Through this program, all new and pre-owned collectible sneakers sold on eBay for over $100 in the U.S. will be fully vetted and verified by an independent team of industry experts."

True.
You can add Canada to the list.
I'm guessing they have plans to also expand it elsewhere.

Hello mate, I’ve had somebody do this today to em after revising the shoes this morning. I’m pretty sure it’s not what he claims it to be and he is trying to genuinely scam me here… it’s over £700 which I’ll be out of pocket for. Did you end up resolving this case and did it end up in your favour or the buyers??

Best I can remember....You're okay here.
You have the tracking number that's going to show the item delivered. OR, it's going to get refused and returned to you.
I'm not sure if the buyer will still have the option to "return this item" since they have already started a "did not authorize".
ANYWAY.....When this has happened to me in the past....IF the package tracking confirms delivery. Their claim and your funds will sit there for a LONG time (month or longer). Then you'll check you messages one day and it'll all be cleared up and you'll be paid.
SO long as you respond with the listing info where that user ID bought it, and the tracking showing it delivered to the address that came through with payment.

This happened to me recently, you'll be fine. You cannot communicate with buyer for authenticity guaranteed listings. eBay will take care of it for you as long as your sneakers passed inspection.
