Buyer sent message saying item doesn't work for their purpose

I recently sold a 3-Light 1-Tier Crystal Child’s Room Chandelier and the buyer has now sent me a message stating that they bought it to attach to a fan but are unable to do that. My listing did not say anything about a fan - just measurements and that professional installation was suggested. They have not requested a refund so I am not sure if that is where they are headed or what so I thought I'd ask the community for advice on what to do at this point. Thank you for your help.

I would politely ask the buyer if they had the correct seller.
I’m sorry, but I think you may have confused sellers. Is that a possibility? I’m the seller that sent you a light chandelier. Did you purchase another item from a different seller that attaches to fans?

Something like that maybe?

Everyone has options. Just be sure the best option is right for you.

I like that. They actually even called the chandelier a fan in their message to me. I will write something along those lines to them and see how they respond. Thank you for your help. Stay tuned...

Let us know how that works out for you please.
