Buyer's name and payment to Paypal for the item are the same, but?

I just sold an item and the buyer's ebay name is the same as the Paypal payment's name, this should be true, correct me if I am wrong? The issue is this, when I scroll to the top of the item page there is another name that had nothing to do with the sale and this person has ZERO feed back? Should I be alarmed or is this possible for some reason that I am not aware of?  Bubba

They could be sending a gift to someone. I’ve done it multiple times.

The item page will display the first buyer and stay that way. Subsequent buyers can be view by clicking on the SOLD link.

OK, I thought this may be the case, this auction had 15 of the same item and some had been purchased at a prior date. I checked and the label ship to is the same as the buyer's Paypal address. Great, Thank you for the answer. bubba
