Buyer says his hotel refused the USPS priority mail package and it's being sent back to me. He said the hotel made some "mistakes" but now he said he wants the package redelivered.
Is there anything that can be done to have it redelivered to him?
Thanks

Hi @bw14850
The buyer would be responsible for paying shipping again for the redelivery ... assuming they want to take the chance that the hotel won't make more 'mistakes'. You can send him an invoice for the reshipping once you receive the item back.
If you end up refunding the buyer instead of reshipping the item ... you can deduct the original shipping cost IF the buyer paid for the shipping.

FWIW - EBay regards a Refused shipment as Undeliverable, and does not require the seller to refund anything.

Ethically...
If your buyer wants his purchase, he must give you a useable address and pay for reshipping.
If he doesn't you may decide not to refund your shipping costs, since you did not profit from them.
