I just sold a phone that I got for my daughter. Worked perfectly fine and not a scratch on it and the buyer says it’s not as described cause I sold it as an open box due to the fact my daughter never used the phone cause she wanted an iPhone. When the phone is returned the back of it isn’t on the phone anymore. They clearly took the back off the phone. Now what do I do if it doesn’t work or parts have been taken. **bleep**

It’s a $350 phone. I’m gonna sue. I had pictures of the phone before I shipped and he took a picture stating how he received it and it’s a **bleep** lie

I feel for you, but you are not going to sue anyone over a $350 phone.

So have you contacted eBay??? They should work this out for you. The buyer didn't send it back in the same condition you sent it so they will let you keep the money for the phone. No reason to be so worked up and upset. I have had tons of fraudulent buyers pull major scams and eBay has always helped me

Sorry for your frustration, but it will cost you more for an attorney & the lawsuit than what the phone is worth. I personally would never sell anything I couldn't afford to lose.
