Sold a stereo system and as it was an electronic so I took video of all the functions working. The buyer received the item and said when they try the cassette there is static in one of the speakers and humming in the other one. I then ask if it is the cassette not working at all or the sound just not coming through, they say the cassette.
As I stated earlier I have proof of the cassette working with no humming or static and audio clear right before I packed it up. I proceed with asking for a video of the issue and they are claiming they cannot send a video.
Just looking on advice on what to do in this situation. Thanks

Video is not proof.
Not according to eBay for a variety of reasons
(someone can video something..and then ship something else..)
Did your buyer complain in a message, or file a Not As Described?

Your video doesn't prove it worked when the buyer received it.
If the buyer filed an INAD and you want the item back before refunding, accept he return and pay return shipping.
If you don't, Ebay will refund the buyer for you, from your account.

Here's why eBay does not accept videos as proof of, well, anything.
P.S. Buyers are not required to provide you with a video of anything. I don't have a device (cellphone or whatever) that will record a video. Maybe your buyer doesn't either.
