Buyer requested a return in error ( wrong item!) and says she has cancelled it .But it is still showing as an open return on my account and the money is still on hold.
Is there anything I can do?

Is the Buyer certain they have clicked on "close this return"?
Has the Buyer responded to the return at all? Perhaps directing the Buyer to CS, but sounds like your Buyer is already struggling to navigate the site.
ETA: Might have to await it timing out if Buyer cannot figure it out on their end. Good luck!

If showing open: it is open. Not canceled.
