Buyer reports he can only see 6 pics on the Listing???

A Buyer messaged saying the listing was not showing certain details ... I double checked and the details they wanted to see were pictured ... I messaged saying the same and that they should view ALL the pics ... Buyer messaged back saying there were only 6 ..... ERRNT, try 11!  I swapped them around and have asked the Buyer to view it again as well as asked if they are using a mobile device ...

So ... is anyone else having this problemo?

Myabe try to end the item and use 'sell similar' to relist with photos uploaded again if it is possible.  Had one listing a whaile back that we seemed to have difficulties with one of the photos showing up.    We relisted it using the above method and all photos returned.

@siamdao  Thanks for the suggestion ...I did a search on another computer and can see ALL 11 pics on the listing.  I am suspecting that the issue is on the Buyer's end or they are just another person asking questions to see if a Seller will jump through a hoop or two ... don't laugh, it happens.

Anyway, I checked and see all 11 photos. Checked from laptop, tablet, and iphone. I refuse to ever use ebay app though so I don't know how many photos it shows there. One thing though, in the desktop site from my laptop, there was 6 photo thumbnails below the gallery photo in the listing. I had to click on the right arrow to see more. Perhaps the buyer doesn't know what a > means.

@bigdeals.etc  LOL!  I NEVER thought to ask if they used the little > to see more pics!!!!!!!  Buyer has an (80) FB count so I would "think" they know what they are doing ... thanks for checking, I see 11 too from another computer and different ID ... let's review

😉 understand.  We get these kinds of inquiries sometimes also 🙂  I'm particularly annoyed when the same person sends 8 different messages asking eight different questions 🙂 Pet Peeve about jumping though '8 hoops' lol

LOL!  Some members have their question saved as macros or in a word doc or something.  I noticed this on cast iron when on 2 separate IDs I got the exact same questions on different pieces ... the first time around I answered all the ?s ... the next time on the other ID I messaged that the answers were the same as the piece they asked about on my other ID and left it at that.

Anyway, the item this thread is about has not been purchased yet even though the pics he wanted to see have been shifted to where he can see them.

I did check via iphone ebay App and all 11 are there as you scroll sideways
Computer desktop & laptop 6 show and you need to arrow over
Tell them to use the blue arrow over
