A buyer received the wrong item. Looks like my shipping label fell off and got stuck on a different box. The buyer sent me the two different labels. Any idea how to fix the issue?

No option but to refund. If you want the other item back return for refund.
Note: this may or may not be a scam on the buyers part.

Not enough info. Is it an expensive item that you really want back?
If so, bribery often works.
