Buyer questions not showing up in inbox or email.

When I check My eBay Selling Overview I can see I have a question from a potential buyer, but when I click reply the message is not in my inbox. I've also checked my email and I have not received it there.

Effectively, I cannot reply to this question, or even read the full text. I've searched around and found this to be a problem for sellers dating all the way back to 2017.

Is anyone else still having this issue? Is there a fix yet?

Is it a New message or an older Unread message?

I never use My Messages, always read and reply from the email copies I receive so my Hub Summary page currently shows over 148 unread messages. eBay's system doesn't know that I read the email version unless I reply to it and a lot of messages don't need a reply.

It's a new message for an item I listed today. I haven't received the email copy either, the message only shows up in My eBay Selling Overview.

Was it on the PS4? If so, it could of been removed by eBay as a scam attempt, but they didn’t remove the crumb left behind.

Hmm, yeah maybe that's it. I'm genuinely baffled, but that would make sense.

Oh yeah, that's hardly the only glitch.

I've been having the same problem . Some messages for buyers show up in my in box , while others do not. I've rechecked my in box for them later, but they are no shows. I can only see them in my overview , but I can't link/reply to them . I can only read part of the first line.  robert/siriguana p.s. first noticed it a few weeks ago, then it seemed to clear up. Now it's happening again.
