Youll have to cancel the sale due to problem with address. Buyer needs to change address. You relist item and send buyer link to it so he/she can buy it again.

Buyer will have to change shipping address on their eBay account. 

FIRST you will need to cancel the sale with reason of "problem with buyers address"  refund if needed 

Then relist item for them to rebuy

But--

If you send to an address she does not have registered with eBay, she could open and win a Not Received Dispute.

If she gives you an Undeliverable address, and the item is not delivered, you do not have to refund her at all.

For both your protection and hers, do not send to the address on the payment until this is cleared up.

Before you do anything, check to see if the person asking for the "change of address" is the same ID as your buyer.   

Basically, you should NEVER change the shipping address.  There are some people that will message you with some long (usually sad, desperate sounding) story of why they need the address change.  They may not be your buyer in the first place.  So if you cancel the sale, you may be cancelling purchase the real buyer made.  

Not to say this is the case here, but something you should look out for when there is a request to change it after the sale.

I've changed the address manually on low sale items with no problems.  Not recommended, but if it's $20 bucks meh...check buyers feedback.  Usually it is just a simple mistake.
