Buyer problems

Hey not sure what is going on but we had a guy buy an antique mixer, pictures shows all itmes for sale, and after we sent it off he stats asking about beaters.  I told him there are two beaters that come with the mixer as seen in the pictre.  He then writes back saying he knows what is in the picture but are there beaters with it.  There are a set of egg beaters with it.  But apparently this person does not know what the beaters are.  I suspect he will be returnin it after I paid for the shipping.

I sent it via FedEx Home shipping.  How does Eby work with this as a return.  Will I be loosing money because of this mans mistaken idea of there not being beaters when there is.

Re: Buyer problems

Is this for the Oster kitchen center? I would urge you not to get ahead of yourself. Nothing has happened yet. No need to worry about what might happen. The buyer might be completely satisfied once he receives the set.

As for how eBay would handle the return, it wouldn't really involve eBay but instead is based solely on your return policy shown in the listing. If it’s for the Oster, i see you offer free returns. That means you will accept returns for essentially any reason, and will pay for the return shipping.

Re: Buyer problems

Don't offer free returns unless you mean it
