Buyer pays return shipping my first return

In my adds state buyer pays for  return shipping.  How do I go about collecting the shipping fee from buyer.  Thanks as this is my first return from a buyer.

That's how it works if it's an INAD return.

Just because you select or write buyer pays return shipping, that is meaningless.

Buyer pays only covers remorse returns.

Everything covered by eBays money back guarentee is going to be free return shipping for buyers.
