Just had to share this one.
I had a buyer win a plush doll from me and they get the payment reminders and the NPB message on it. Next they pay for the item and tell me not to ship it but just keep the money because they won another auction that they want instead. Just funny what people will do. I am going to ship it anyway because I am not out anything and they did actually pay for it. So I will be covered. But just funny none the less.

Actually, I admire this buyer's integrity. They found something they liked more but did not feel it was fair to you to cancel the deal.

Just tell them to meet your requirements as an eBay seller you must ship the item to them, period, end of story.

That way you don't end up with an INR

I would cancel the sale as a buyer request and refund their money. If you ship it, they will likely open a NAD dispute and you'll have to pay return shipping or refund without getting the doll back.

This is the real eBay people. Both buyer and seller. I would refund just to show I was more honest them.
Faith restored.

If it wasn't for the dreaded "out of stock" defect

Well it sounds like a Non paying. Bidder may have opened based on tbe op. And if that's the case it can't bw cancelled now anyhow

Just because they were honest..why not cnacle "BUYER CHANGED MIND" refund them... it's not a defect...and seem the right thing to actually do.... and yes i know , i know they bought it so are committed to it....but Karma....and you could sell it again... just saying....KARMA!
