Buyer paid for shipping but picked-up locally. How do I refund shipping charge?

I need to refund the shipping charge and mark item shipped.

You can issue partial refunds for items in Seller Hub up to 90 days after the original transaction. Here's how:

1- Locate the order in Seller Hub or My eBay Sold.
2- From the dropdown menu, select Send refund.
3- Choose a reason for the refund.
4- Specify a refund amount for the item or for the order.
5- Enter the desired refund amount, and select Send refund.

If you mark the item shipped, you have no tracking # to prove delivery..unless you offered both pick up or shipping in your listing?

You can refund them in person when they pick up.

Or, you can exchange contact info post transaction and send them the refund electronically.
