Hey just sold my camera for $920 to a account that opened the same day, I don’t want to be a hypocrite since I have 0 feedback as well but wanted some advice on what to do

So, they opened their account today, made their feedback private, and have bid on 26 different items according to the above link. All cameras, laptops, and game consoles, the most scammed items. I’m 98% confident in saying this person is likely going to try and scam you.
Ordinarily I would have just replied to the question hinted at in the Subject line by saying that I think most buyers here made their first purchase on the day they signed up, since (prior to eBay developing "guest" accounts) you could browse eBay without an account, but would need an account once you decided to make a purchase. I know that's how I got started.
But given the buyer's other activity, I definitely agree that this looks unlikely to be a valid purchase. If the Handling time will permit waiting a day or two before shipping (assuming that real payment has even been made in the first place), I would wait as long as possible before shipping in case the buyer's account gets nuked by eBay.

the best advice I can give you is to say YES to any returns
its imperative that you be familiar wit the MBG or money back guarantee
the MBG s the framework that ebay works around
its written in stone and you need to know that it favors the buyers when a problem comes up

I got a message from the buyer which says:
11-14-2022 07:55 AM
The buyer sent me this message:

"The item"? Calling it the item instead of just referring to what it is is one sign of a standard scammer script being executed. At this point though the buyer is not doing anything overtly wrong, assuming that is an eBay message and not a text. I understand eBay has been dressing up their messages to look like texts, but at this point the scammer does not have any info on you that would enable him to take the messaging off site. Do not respond to requests for your phone number or for you to text messages to anybody else's phone number. You can send him any vague assurance that you like to say that the camera is in good condition, but at this point all he needs to do is pay for it.

Did you receive this message through your Ebay seller account or is this a text? Now it's looking like they may have second thoughts. If they texted you and you replied, it's a scam.

It’s through eBay

It’s though eBay but I’m pretty sure the name on the account is not Thomas

More red flags! While individually they could be innocuous, taken all together as a whole things just don't add up. User name Carl - real name Thomas: could be nothing but?? He works so much and has little time but spent several hours bidding on 26 different high end items?? Also, not judging but his diction sounds very much like the hundreds of scammer texts I've seen. (I watch way too many you tube videos on scambaiting.) Personally, I would give honest, short answers to his questions and nothing more. If he wants to text or email you outside of eBay messaging, immediately cancel the transaction using the reason: "problem with buyers address". Let us know if he actually pays.

I agree with @a_c_green that something is just not quite right with that communication. One would think an actual physician would have better grammar, and not sound so much like an 8th grader from another country using google translate.
As suggested, it is too early to tell exactly what is up with this. If they ask you to "text" more pictures, etc. or want to take communication off site you will know for sure. The text me scammers and the change of address scammers are pretty easy to avoid. It is the ones that actually have the front money to play that are the most dangerous. If you actually get paid, and not just a phony notification, eBay expects you to ship and has punitive consequences for a seller who does not.

Ok...wait till they pay you and Ebay will notify you and it will state ship it. A phlebotomist isn't necessarily over worked position. They're not doctors, they just draw blood. Sorry, I'm still smelling a rat. Keep your eyes wide & make sure you provide tracking number when you ship.

Honestly would it be better to just cancel the order they haven’t paid yet

Phlebotomists aren't physicians. They're just lab techs essentially, the people who draw your blood. I know a guy who went into that, minimal training involved really. No need for English skills either, I've had people draw my blood who barely spoke English. It's simply not a requirement of the job.
That said, nothing about this sale seems on the level.

Does anyone need 26 laptops, cameras and game consoles? NOT NO BUT HELL NO.
My hinky meter is slapping the red line. I would contact eBay on Facebook with fraud concerns because of their bidding history and tell them you'd like to cancel and ask them if they would remove the defect because because their bidding history is very suspicious for a new member.
