Is there anyway i can fight this. the item was over $100. i provided updates to the buyer. they left me a glowing review, but now weeks i noticed this email from paypal. saying they are saying they never bought it. i know the customer is always right... but dang... do i have a way of fighting it? its clear they got the item. does this affect my ebay?

All you need is proof of SHIPMENT. Copy and paste the tracking number into the case, along with the relevant tracking information and submit. You can then call Paypal if you want to have them close the case in your favor. I've never called and the cases have always closed out in my favor in a few days.

Yes I always just input the tracking info and say "Tracking shows item was successfully delivered. I am well aware I am covered by Seller Protection and expect the funds to be released back in my account within 5 business days"
That always does the trick. Do they issue it in 5 bus days? I'm not really sure, but if you never give them a deadline I think cases can just sit there forever.

I've never had one take more than five days to close. Most have closed within 48 hours. I know I could call and get them closed, but I hate making telephone calls lol

I have had unauthorized transactions that the buyer didn't even know about. One was started by her bank because they thought the transaction looked hinky.
Sometimes these happen because their card was hacked. This happens a LOT lately. Then all the transactions from the time period are put under review.
From what I've heard this is one of the easiest complaints to defend against.
