I'm a new seller and have run into this situation twice.
- I have 4 listings that are buy it now (w/o the make an offer option) and a buyer messages me with an offer for all 4 items.
What's the best way to handle this sale?
Thank you for your help.

Sellers do not have to reply to messages.
Or you can reply “I am not accepting offers”

If you want to accept the offer and have agreed on a price with the seller, what I do is:
- End all but one listing
- Revise the one remaining listing to include all the items. I copy the descriptions from the closed listings into the new listing to make sure all flaws are still described. I import at least one photo from each of the closed listings.
- Update the shipping to reflect the new size and weight.
- Make the price higher and put Best Offer on it. For example, if I've agreed to sell 4 items for $100, I'll list it as a $200 buy it now with best offer. That way someone else won't buy it before the person you're dealing with sees the new listing. Just tell the potential buyer the item # and that you'll accept a $100 best offer on it.

"Thank you for your offer. I'm sorry but i am not accepting offers at this time."

Tell the buyer to simply "buy items and if I can fit them in 1 package, I will and refund what portion of shipping is not used"
Any serious buyer that is buying your type of items (not needed; collector or?) they will simply do as you state.
