I had incorrect description info. and buyer needs to return item. Will ebay send a prepaid postage label to him? And if so, who notifies ebay - the seller or buyer.

Have your buyer start a NAD (not as described) return.
You will be prompted to accept or deny the return.
Accept the return.
You will then be asked if you want to pay for/supply a return shipping label to the buyer.
Click yes.
Your buyer will be able to print out a return label.

Do, who pays the return shipping? I understand that the seller sends the preprinted shipping label; however, he can also deduct the shipping cost from the refund due me for the item.

For an INAD return the seller can not (should not)deduct the shipping label cost.
The "buyer pays shipping" would apply to "remorse returns".

Buyers do not pay for return shipping on an incorrect description. How would that be right to subtract the shipping costs when the seller makes the mistake?
